These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.serviceproscleaning.com ("the Site") and any services provided by ServicePros LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About our services
We provide professional cleaning and restoration services across the Phoenix metro area, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, area rug cleaning, pet stain and odor removal, stain removal, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, water damage restoration, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, and air duct cleaning. Service availability depends on location and scheduling.
Quotes and pricing
- All quotes provided through the Site or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if actual conditions (square footage, fiber type, severity of stains, special equipment needs) differ materially from the information provided.
- We will always confirm the final price with you before beginning work.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, and check.
Scheduling and cancellation
- Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a service-call fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. We will work with you to find the earliest alternative slot.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the result of a cleaning service, notify us within 72 hours of service completion and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning only and does not apply to:
- Pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or wear we identified in advance
- Conditions caused by improper use or aftercare
- Stains that have permanently altered fiber color (bleach, dye, etc.)
Property and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the area to be cleaned, to identify any fragile or valuable items in advance, and to disclose any known hazardous conditions (mold, asbestos, biohazards). We may decline service if conditions present a risk to our technicians or equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Arizona consumer protection law.
Insurance
Questions about coverage or service documentation? Contact us and we'll provide current documentation. It is available on request for commercial clients and property managers.
Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from us about your service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can opt out at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by ServicePros LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or republish content without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
